I made this meditation for ABC Good Morning America anchor Sara Haines, who likes meditation but, like so many of us, keeps falling off the wagon. The idea is to create a guilt-free “welcome back” meditation that riffs off “beginner mind” – the idea that at any moment, we can begin anew. In the meditation we work with simple body sensations. It has a short intro to give context – you can skip over this, or listen once and then skip over in subsequent listens. The actual guided meditation begins at 1:40.
