We’re excited to announce that we just recorded a brand new course The Elements of Meditation

This course is meant to kick-start – or refresh – peoples’ meditation practice, by giving them both a clear understanding of four core meditation styles – concentration (leads to peace), mindfulness (leads to perspective), loving-kindness (leads to connection), and “just being” (leads to acceptance) – and how they can all be mixed, matched, and integrated into a single practice routine.

We hope the course will be available in April and will be announced in my newsletter.
