My events are not top-down information dumps. They’re dynamic and interactive, with a strong focus on experiential learning. My interest is making practice accessible to every kind of person, in every walk of life. We explore short guided practices together, and share observations related to our specific situations and contexts.

I’ve taught suspicious journalists, burned-out caregivers, corporate teams, clinicians, creatives, and people who were fairly sure meditation was not for them.
