CEC Virtual Meditation Retreat

The Consciousness Explorers Club is offering a chance to retreat with our team of teachers for an epic day of practicing in virtual community.

Eight-plus hours of meditation and discussion, addressing the needs of the moment from a range of contemplative perspectives. CEC founder Jeff Warren will open the retreat at 9am EST, with the day’s first guidance.

Throughout the day, each teacher will guide a meditation that’s helping them get through this challenging time, practices exploring mindfulness, compassion, embodied energy, acceptance and many more. We’ll end the retreat with a special evening music and movement practice helmed by CEC co-founder and resident DJ/Dr. James Maskalyk. Community sharing will be encouraged throughout the day to facilitate social connection and support.

This retreat is being offered on a “pay what you’re able to” model, with a wide sliding scale to accommodate all income ranges. The CEC is a registered not-for-profit with the mission of making meditation and personal growth practices fun and accessible to all.
