Meditation Drop-In – Jungle Edition

I’ll be hanging around Costa Rica with my family for January, February, and most of March, to surf, write, and be Artist-in-Residence at the almost-famous Harmony Hotel in Nosara.

From Jan 8th to March 11th, I’ll be offering free drop-in meditation at the hotel to anyone who comes by. Times are 7 – 8am on Wednesdays for a class that explores different teachers and techniques and empowers new folks to guide, and 7 – 8am on Fridays for my own guided practice and weekly unpacking of what it means to be your own teacher. All about democratizing access to practice over here! Each meditation features bonus jungle acoustics, and the occasional visit from passing howler monkeys and curious pizotes.

Over the past 3 years, the Harmony Hotel have been a supportive and inspiring laboratory for my experiments with teaching and community-building. I am endlessly grateful to my hosts John, Monica, Lee and the rest of the Harmony team. This residency also keeps me sane for the other days of the year, when I must live without an ocean.
