Welcome to the Meditation Retreat for Fidgety Skeptics, where it doesn’t matter how many techniques and paths you’ve neurotically screwed up – in this workshop, we start again fresh. The world is crazy. Meditation is sanity. The intention of this five-day residential retreat is to empower everyone – including people not remotely interested in becoming a “teacher” – to think about and care for their own mental health and the mental health of others. The retreat format means participants will have an opportunity to do their own meditating, thus bringing personal insights back with them into the collective learning.
